Chadwick Suss

Chad Suss is the Chief Financial Officer of Network Connex, a leading digital infrastructure services company serving the data center, fiber, and wireless end markets. Since joining the company in early 2021, Chad has partnered closely with the Executive Team and Board to drive significant value creation through a combination of organic EBITDA growth, disciplined strategic planning and service portfolio alignment as well as a strong M&A program. He leads finance, accounting, information technology, insurance, and legal functions and oversees a high-performing team supporting a multi-division operating platform.

During his tenure, Chad has played a central role in transforming Network Connex into a scalable, acquisition-ready platform. He structured and led a three-year strategic planning process that delivered a 26% revenue CAGR and nearly threefold growth, while also executing a $5 million cost reduction initiative focused on organizational efficiency and real estate optimization. Chad also led the integration of multiple acquisitions, including the transformational Advantage Engineers transaction, and secured $120 million of incremental debt and equity financing to support growth initiatives and capital investments.

In 2026, Chad successfully led Network Connex through a comprehensive sale process, including development of investor materials, financial modeling, and management of business and legal diligence, culminating in a definitive agreement for acquisition by Olympus Partners. His leadership throughout the transaction ensured operational continuity, strong lender and investor engagement, and a compelling equity story aligned with long-term growth trends in digital infrastructure.

Prior to Network Connex, Chad served as Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Value Enhancement at ORIX Corporation USA, where he built a de novo value creation team supporting private equity portfolio companies and frequently served in interim CFO and integration leadership roles. Earlier in his career, Chad held senior positions at Hudson Americas (Private Equity arm of Lone Star Funds), advising and managing large-scale carve-outs, IPOs, dividend recapitalizations, and operational turnarounds, as well as advisory roles at AlixPartners and investment banking positions at J.P. Morgan and A.G. Edwards.

Chad began his career at S.C. Johnson as part of its corporate finance rotational program. He holds an MBA with highest distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Chad is known for his analytical rigor, operational partnership, and ability to lead finance organizations to drive strategic drivers of growth and value creation. He is also active in his church community at St. Clement and supports local community initiatives.
