Dina K. Panfil

Dina K. Panfil, Jenner & Block’s Chief Financial Officer, oversees all aspects of the firm’s financial operations including, but not limited to, pricing, partnership accounting, profit and loss management and compliance with accounting regulations. She provides strategic direction and analytical insights to drive profitability, reduce risk and optimize processes. She is a member of the Management (ex officio) and Audit Committees.

Ms. Panfil is an Illinois Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, she was global controller at Ryan Specialty Group, an international organization providing specialty insurance services to agents, brokers and insurance carriers. Ms. Panfil was one of RSG’s first 10 employees and helped build the financial infrastructure of the company. During her tenure there, she managed approximately 30 people and oversaw accounting, financial reporting, shared services and budgeting and played a key role in merger and acquisition activities and debt and equity financing. Ms. Panfil also participated in the establishment of RSG’s first London office and provided integration and accounting oversight after RSG’s subsequent acquisition of a Lloyd’s managing agency.

Ms. Panfil was a co-founder of GAP Resources, a women-owned accounting and consulting firm serving primarily Fortune 500 insurance and financial services clients around the globe, where she worked for 12 years. Prior to that, she was director of financial reporting and internal audit manager at Washington National Insurance Company and Unitrin (now Kemper).
