Seasoned health care administrator serving as both CFO and CIO of Access Community Health Network (ACCESS), one of the nation’s largest networks of federally qualified health centers (FQHCs). The organization’s annual operating budget of $160 million supports the work of more than 1,000 staff and 35 community health centers across Chicago and Cook and DuPage Counties that provide accessible and affordable health care to 185,000 low-income patients, 60 percent of whom are covered by Medicaid and over 34,000 of whom are uninsured.

As CFO since 2011, responsible for navigating ACCESS through the multiple financial challenges from the State’s budget frequent woes and ACCESS’ legacy debt to leading the health system’s financial shift from a fee-for-service to a sophisticated, value-based care model that is based on quality performance.

As CIO since 2015, oversees ACCESS’ technology investments to advance the organization’s patient services and administrative systems across the organization’s 1,700 square mile footprint, including the constant optimization of Epic, the industry’s leading electronic health record (EHR) system, which drives service integration across the network, linking ACCESS’ patients, community partners and payors.
