Marcia Rubin is Vice President & CFO at the Music Institute of Chicago.

As a CPA with over 30 years of diverse experience in financial and accounting leadership roles, Marcia has provided advice and counsel to both executive leadership and their boards in financial and strategic decision making.

The range of Marcia’s experience encompasses public accounting as well as for profit private industry and non-profit organizations.

She is a key decision maker with leadership roles managing long range strategic planning and day-to-day operations including budgeting and financial analysis, establishing banking relationships, contract negotiations, management team structure, corporate and project funding, and financial and regulatory reporting.

Marcia is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana – Champagne with a B.S. in Accountancy. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society since 1977. As a volunteer, she has served as President of the Chicago Regional Board, Jewish National fund.
