Michael Mance

Michael Mance is a synergetic leader with a noteworthy combination of both influential initiative and financial management skills. Throughout his career, Michael has excelled at collaborative leadership and designing talented teams to excel autonomously. His coaching and thought leadership have been instrumental in his department at Dialysis Care Center (DCC) and has been featured in several executive summits throughout the years.

Michael serves as Vice President of Financial Operations at Dialysis Care Center reporting to CEO. He heads the Finance Team, ensuring the strategic growth of the company and drives the financial strength of DCC’s future while devising the financial forecasting, banking and audit relationships, capital financing and financial reporting. Michael also oversees treasury responsibilities, internal controls, accounting close, budgeting, and expense management. He further leads his team in financial planning, tax planning and compliance, investor relations and acquisitions. Steering DCC’s financial operations, accounting, and strategic acquisitions, Michael possesses over 30 years of experience in accounting, corporate compliance, financial reporting, and shared services with both global public Fortune 500 and privately held companies.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He is passionate about making a difference in his team’s careers and ensuring their success both internally and outside of the company. His unique drive and impressive knowledge of team-structure and initiatives has served Michael well in his career and will continue to bolster his experience in the finance industry for years to come.
