SRAM, LLC
Mike is currently the Chief Financial Officer of SRAM LLC. SRAM is one of the world’s largest suppliers of components to the bicycle industry. SRAM’s products include drivetrain systems, suspension, brakes, internal gear hubs and wheelsets, all of which are essential components used on road bikes, mountain bikes and pavement bikes. Established in Chicago in 1987, SRAM currently has operations across North America, Europe and Asia.
In his role of CFO at SRAM, Mike is responsible for the finance, accounting, tax and MIS functions of the company in addition to being part of SRAM’s senior management team. Prior being CFO, Mike held a variety of accounting positions at SRAM in addition to leading the selection and global implementation of SAP for the company.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mike began his career in public accounting at Crowe Chizek and Company before working at GE Capital. Mike received a BS in Accounting from the University of Dayton and an MBA from DePaul University in Entrepreneurship. Mike resides in the western suburbs of Chicago and in addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys cycling, running, ice hockey and golf.
