Natalie Laackman

Natalie Laackman is a senior finance executive with experience leading large global public companies as well as privately held businesses. She has served as a high-impact, transformational leader to boards and CEOs in multiple industries including consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, financial services, technology and healthcare services with significant international, M&A and private equity experience. She leverages technology and digital analytics to mitigate earnings volatility and enhance the financial performance of an enterprise.
As the CFO of MedSpeed, Natalie leads the business through its accelerated growth while building the foundation of the company’s finance, analytics, project management, quality, risk, fleet management, and supply chain functions.
With over 30 years of experience, Natalie has been in CFO and General Management roles at Sodexo, Shamrock Foods, The Kellogg Company, ConAgra and Kraft Foods.
Natalie was a Director of the AgriBank Board of Directors, a $110B asset-based bank, for 8 years until 2021. At AgriBank, she served as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee, for 5 years, and Chairperson of the Compensation Committee, for 2 years. She has been an Ambassador Director and Governing member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Zoological Society/Brookfield Zoo since 2010. From 2013 to 2015, she served as a Director on the Board of the International Food Manufacturers’ Association (IFMA) and a Trustee of the Educational Foundation. Natalie was a director on the board of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business alumni association for eight years.
Natalie holds an MBA from Northwestern University and earned Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
