Nick Parfitt

Nick Parfitt is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Stern Pinball, Inc., the global leader in designing and manufacturing innovative pinball machines. Originally from South Africa, Nick began his career in public accounting before moving to the United States to advance his education and career. With over two decades of experience across finance, operations, and strategy, he has a proven track record of driving financial transformation, operational efficiency, and value creation.

Since joining Stern Pinball in late 2022, Nick has led critical initiatives, including the successful refinancing of the company’s debt, implementing advanced ERP and HR systems, and building teams and processes to support the company’s growth and operational excellence. His leadership has been pivotal in scaling operations, reducing costs, and launching new revenue streams.

Prior to Stern, Nick held senior finance roles across industries, including packaging, furniture, and consumer goods, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, business development, and global financial planning. Nick earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Outside of Stern, Nick is an active member of his community. He serves as Vice President of the District 31 School Board and represents the district on the TrueNorth Educational Cooperative Council, where he advocates for special education. In 2025, Nick was recognized as a TITAN100, joining a distinguished group of executives celebrated for their leadership, vision, and impact across their industries. Nick lives in Northbrook, Illinois, with his family, enjoying time together when not leading initiatives or serving his community.
