Robert Miller

Robert brings over 25 years of financial management and CFO experience from the Private Equity, Fund Management, and CFO consulting industry and financial sectors. Prior to joining Fay Servicing, Robert was a consulting CFO guiding multiple business operations through distressed asset workouts, complete back-office outsourcings, system implementations, and fund start-up initiatives. As a CFO services consultant Robert was engaged by the private equity group Apollo Capital Management/Vantium Group to set up the financial back-office and accounting systems for a new hedge fund investment of distressed mortgage assets. He also served as the CFO for Capital First Realty and Financial Group with a portfolio of over 1000 sub-prime mortgage loans. Additionally, he has served as CFO and Chief Compliance Officer for Lindner Asset Management, a $4 billion mutual fund complex, and he has served as the VP of Finance and Chief Administrative Officer for Franklin Enterprises Inc., a $500 million private equity enterprise in Michigan, Illinois, and Florida with multiple asset and investment entities ranging from real estate, oil and gas, and financial assets. Robert is a CPA, graduating cum laude from Central Michigan University with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting and Finance while also being recognized as a scholar-athlete.
