Ryan Glenn
Paylocity
As CFO, Ryan leads the finance, accounting, IR, strategy & corporate development, legal, information security, IT, and procurement teams.
Ryan is also responsible for managing interactions with the investment community, including communicating financial results and the strategic direction of the Company. He joined Paylocity as Director of FP&A in 2013 and was a key member of the team who helped take the Company public in 2014, and has been a part of the executive leadership team that has grown the company from $50 million in revenue to over $1.5 billion.
Prior to joining Paylocity, Ryan spent 6 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently as a Manager in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory practice, where he worked closely with companies on various accounting and reporting topics related to equity offerings and other capital markets transactions.
Ryan earned a B.S. Summa Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo and an M.B.A from The Johnson School at Cornell University.
