Timothy J. Czech

As Chief Financial Officer, Tim oversees IPM’s Finance and Accounting functions as well as several administrative aspects of the firm, including Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, and Communications and Creative Services groups. He was instrumental in the development of IPM’s key performance indicators and the evolution of IPM’s financial systems. He enabled a focus on IT security and has been responsible for establishing the strategic direction for HR. Since taking the reins as CFO just six years ago, IPM has grown from 117 employees to its current 220.

Tim has been a member of the IPM family for his entire career, beginning as an intern prior to achieving his  BA in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He earned his CPA shortly thereafter. During nearly 25 years, Tim has been involved with every financial aspect of IPM and progressed in roles from supervisor to accounting manager to controller to VP to his current role as CFO, which he assumed in 2015.

Since 2014, Tim has represented IPM as a member of the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois.

Tim is active at the schools his two children attend.  His passion is his family and sharing hobbies and love of adventure with them.  He is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys hiking, biking, and camping.  He especially loves fishing in Northern Wisconsin, where he has vacationed since his childhood. Other hobbies include woodworking, gardening, and photography.
