Toby Williams
Paylocity Holding Corporation
As Chief Financial Officer at Paylocity, Toby leads the company’s finance, accounting, information security, investor relations and corporate development functions. He joined Paylocity in 2017 and brings with him a breadth of software, corporate finance and strategy experience, having served most recently as Chief Product and Strategy Officer at global higher education software leader Ellucian.
Toby also brings significant payroll and HCM industry experience. As Director of Corporate Development at Paychex, he led all mergers & acquisitions and corporate development efforts from 2006 to 2011. He started his career as a securities and M&A lawyer in D.C. and New York, and also worked as an investment banker at Citigroup in New York.
Toby earned a B.A. from Houghton College and an M.B.A and J.D. from The Ohio State University.
