Vicki L. Villacrez

Vicki L. Villacrez is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for TDS, Inc., serving since May 2022. Previously, Villacrez was appointed vice president – finance and CFO at TDS Telecom in May 2012, and was promoted to senior vice president in 2017. She has been with the company for over three decades, having first joined the parent company TDS, Inc. in 1989, serving as an internal auditor. Before moving into her current role, she held multiple leadership positions with growing responsibility in finance.

Villacrez serves on the board of directors for TDS, Inc. (NYSE: TDS), a publicly traded company. Villacrez also serves on the board of directors for UScellular (NYSE: USM), a publicly traded company.

Villacrez works with numerous stakeholders, including the TDS board, USM board, audit committee, investors, buy-side and sell-side analysts, news/industry reporters, lending institutions, and rating agencies.

Villacrez earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Upper Iowa University and a Master of Business Administration from Edgewood College in Madison, Wisconsin. She is also a CPA. Villacrez has completed multiple board education programs: Deloitte TMT NYC Board-Ready Women, Northwestern/Kellogg Women’s Director Development, and the PwC Trust Leadership Institute Executive program. She actively attends the National Association of Corporate Directors Summit (NACD) in Washington, DC and the Deloitte CFO Vision conference each year to stay current.

In her personal time, Villacrez served on the board of directors for Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin as Treasurer and Executive Board Member from 2014 – 2022. Villacrez is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys many activities that include biking, kayaking, swimming, and hiking.  Villacrez completed her first triathlon competition in 2022.
