During his tenure at Silver Cross, Vince has led the organization to significant enterprise growth and strong margins, factors that boosted the hospital’s Moody’s rating to A3 from Baa1 in 2020 at a time when many other hospitals were being downgraded due to the pandemic. In addition to his traditional CFO role, Vince also leads several operational areas at Silver Cross, including home care and outpatient testing, which boast outstanding patient satisfaction scores.
