Darin Aprati

Darin Aprati is a senior finance executive with 25 years of experience improving operational processes, implementing business systems, and driving profitable growth at private equity-owned portfolio companies, privately held manufacturing firms, early-stage technology startups and publicly traded corporations.

Since 2020, Darin has served as Chief Financial Officer of Rose Paving, a private equity-owned provider of commercial parking lot maintenance services, where he leads accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, acquisition integration, tax, legal, human resources, and business systems. In 2022, Darin steered the business through a successful sale process, then led the transition to new private equity ownership.

Prior to joining Rose Paving, Darin served as the CFO/COO of ACP CreativIT, a private equity-owned technology reseller providing comprehensive IT solutions to businesses and public sector organizations. He was also the CFO for the US operations of Coates Group, a privately held technology company providing digital signage systems to retailers. He has built and led world-class teams in complex business environments and has designed and executed domestic and international strategies at McDonald’s Corporation, Kraft Foods Group, and MAT Holdings.

Darin began his career in public accounting at PwC, providing audit, acquisition, bankruptcy, and litigation consulting services for multinational clients. Among his accomplishments, Darin earned his BBA and his MBA from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He is a volunteer Board Member and Treasurer of a not-for-profit youth organization that coordinates travel basketball activities for third through eighth grade student athletes in the suburbs of Chicago. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and watching college sports.
