Gavin Kubes

As a corporate finance executive with over 15 years of experience across marketing, financial services, hospitality, and real estate, Gavin Kubes has successfully led both small and large teams with budgets ranging from startups to $330M in size. After receiving a B.S. in finance from the University of Dayton, Gavin started his career in financial services, real estate, and hospitality – developing a solid foundation of corporate accounting and finance. Since obtaining his M.B.A. from Kellstadt, he has spent the latter part of his career in marketing and advertising – from the largest holding company in the industry/world at the time (WPP) to a privately held, stand-alone firm where he currently serves.

Highly esteemed for his conviction in tech security and risk management, Gavin’s progressive investments in these areas have allowed his current firm to remain flexible and nimble in a fast-paced, ever-changing world without interruption or exposure to operations. Exposure to how both small and large firms make decisions and investments in these categories have prepared him well and shaped his approach today.

Gavin takes pride in fostering a collaborative environment built on trust that empowers his teams to contribute, critically question, and learn. 

In his free time, Gavin enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and working outside in the yard. He is a member of the CFOrward group and actively coaches both his son and daughter’s soccer teams year-round.
