Jason Bormann
Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority
Jason Bormann became Chief Financial Officer of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority (Authority) on August 17, 2020. Jason previously served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Authority from February 2020 to August 2020, Director of Treasury and Capital Management of the Authority from July 2017 to August 2020 and Treasury Manager of the Authority from March 2015 to July 2017. Prior to joining the Authority, Jason worked in Public Finance investment banking with two different firms, where he focused on helping colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations raise capital to finance their capital plans. Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics with a minor in mathematics from Simpson College. Jason also graduated with a Master of Business Administration in finance, management, and marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Jason holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
