Roy is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in finance, corporate development and investment activities.
Roy is currently the Finance Lead for Cooler Screens. Cooler Screens is Bringing the power of digital to the cooler aisle with the world’s largest in-store digital media and merchandising platform.
Roy has responsibility for the Finance function including the setting and implementation of operational and financial controls and systems to enable the company to operate effectively and efficiently. Roy also leads investor relations and has helped steer Cooler Screens thru three successful financing rounds.
Prior to Cooler Screens, Roy was the President and Chief Financial Officer of Argo Tea, one of the most respected tea brands globally. Prior to Argo Tea, Roy was a private equity investor with American Securities and ICV Partners. Roy started his career in M&A investment banking with Merrill Lynch.
Roy holds an MBA from Columbia University Business School and earned his Bachelor of Science from University of California, Berkeley.
